Access Employee Schedules - Line Manager

This job aid explains how to access and adjust the view of the Employee Schedules

Access Schedules

  1. From your Home page, locate the Manage Schedule tile.
  2. Employees will be displayed in different categories: Starting within x minutes/hours; Missing: employees scheduled and not punched in; Leaving: shift ending within x minutes/hours.
  3. Select Full Schedule at the bottom of the tile to access the Current Schedule.

Change the Schedule View

  1. By Default, you will see the schedules organized By Employee.
  2. Select the Name drop-down title to sort employees in alphabetical order or reverse.

Change the Time Period

  1. Click the Timeframe icon.
  2. Select the desired time period from the list. If not available, click Select Range at the bottom of the list.
  3. Pick the desired range of dates and then select Apply.
  4. If you selected multiple weeks, you will be able to move from week to week using the date headers.
