Access Employee Schedules - Line Manager

Access Schedules
- From your Home page, locate the Manage Schedule tile.
- Employees will be displayed in different categories: Starting within x minutes/hours; Missing: employees scheduled and not punched in; Leaving: shift ending within x minutes/hours.
- Select Full Schedule at the bottom of the tile to access the Current Schedule.
Change the Schedule View
- By Default, you will see the schedules organized By Employee.
- Select the Name drop-down title to sort employees in alphabetical order or reverse.
Change the Time Period
- Click the Timeframe icon.
- Select the desired time period from the list. If not available, click Select Range at the bottom of the list.
- Pick the desired range of dates and then select Apply.
- If you selected multiple weeks, you will be able to move from week to week using the date headers.
