Access Employee Timecards - Line Manager

This job aid explains how to access your employee’s timecards in different ways.
Access your Employee’s Timecards
To access your employee’s timecards:
- Select the Main Menu > Time > Employee Timecards. You will be directed to the Employee Timecards Summary Page.
- Scroll down the page to search for the employee that you wish to view the timecard for, and then select their name.
- Click the Open Selected icon to Open the selected associate.
Note: Select All — Selects all employees. After you select all employees, you might see a warning message indicating that not all employees have been selected. This will only appear if you have more than 40 employees on your list. Scroll to the bottom of the page to select all the remaining employees before proceeding.
When you first open the Employee Timecards detail page:
- Click Select Timeframe for the time to display and Select Hyperfind for the appropriate search criteria.
- If you wish to switch to a different employee, select a different employee in the name selection field. You can do this in several ways:
- Click the down arrow next to the first employee's name to open the employee list. Scroll down to select a new employee.
- You can also search for an employee by entering part or all of an employee name in the Search box at the top of the employee list.
- Click the right or left arrows to view the next or previous employee's timecard.
Access Additional Employee Pages (Screens)
Using the Go to icon to access other pages:
Some pages in the application may include a GoTo icon in the action bar. Clicking this icon enables you to move from one domain to another while maintaining the current context (typically timeframe and Hyperfind).
To use the GoTo control:
- From the Employee Timecards summary page, select one or more employees and click Open Selected.
- From the Employee Timecards detail page, click GoTo and select from the following:
- Schedule — Opens the current schedule for the selected employees.
- Attendance Detail — Opens attendance detail for the selected employees.
- Reports — Opens your reports library.
