Retail - Complete an Attendance Action
Manage your associate's attendance through processing and completing actions.
Completing an Action
- Click on ‘Action Required’ then select the associate by checking the box to the left of their name.
- Once selected, choose ‘Attendance Details’.
- Select the range of dates and scroll through until you find the desired attendance event.
Note: The event will be identifiable with a pencil icon to the right of the date. - Click on pencil to view the below options.
View Document: Generates the corrective action letter for printing.
Forward Document: Forward to additional recipients.
Update Action: Date entered completes the action.
- Select ‘Update Action’ input a completed date and select ‘Save’ to update and complete the attendance action.
Additional Processes
- Receive a notification of the event for your associate.
- Open and print the corrective action letter, using the ‘View Document’ option in step 4 above.
- Review the corrective action letter with your associate and have them sign.
- Enter the date the associated signed the corrective action to complete using the ‘Update Action’ option in step 4 above.
