Retail - Complete an Attendance Action

Manage your associate's attendance through processing and completing actions.

Completing an Action

  1. Click on ‘Action Required’ then select the associate by checking the box to the left of their name. 

  2. Once selected, choose ‘Attendance Details’.

  3. Select the range of dates and scroll through until you find the desired attendance event. 

  4. Click on pencil to view the below options.
     
    View Document:  Generates the corrective action letter for printing. 
    Forward Document:  Forward to additional recipients. 
    Update Action:   Date entered completes the action.

  1. Select ‘Update Action’ input a completed date and select ‘Save’ to update and complete the attendance action.

Additional Processes

  1. Receive a notification of the event for your associate.

  2. Open and print the corrective action letter, using the ‘View Document’ option in step 4 above.

  3. Review the corrective action letter with your associate and have them sign.

  4. Enter the date the associated signed the corrective action to complete using the ‘Update Action’ option in step 4 above.
