  1. Click each item under Select Data to select the data for the chart.

a. Select a category, for example, Name, ID, or Location.
b. Select a metric, for example, Daily Hours or Wage Rate.

Avg aggregation is applied to the Accrued Vacation Hours column, Avg appears in
this field. You can select another value.

  1. Click On under Limit Data? to keep the view to a subset of values in which you are most
interested. For example, you can view the top 5 values for the largest amount of vacation
time. Use the following settings as delimiters:

a. Range - Select the Top or Bottom values to view, for example, the top or bottom five
values by hourly rate.
b. Number of values - Select the number of values to view
c. If you check Group remaining values as “Other”, all values outside the limit are
consolidated and are plotted as one value, labeled “Other.”

  1. Set Display Options:

a. To hide the display options, such as the chart title, set the switch to Off.
b. To display the options, set the switch to On. The options are based on the context of
the chart. The following options are a sample of what is available to display in the
chart:

    • Chart title (defaults to the selected category and metric)
    • Category title
    • Metric title
    • Category labels
    • Data labels - (Pie chart only) Depending on the context of chart, you might select
Percent (%), Value, or Both to see these labels in the chart.
