Retail - My Timecard
This job aid outlines multiple options for viewing the features of your timecard and how to approve it.
Navigating to Your Timecard
There are two main ways to navigate to your timecard:
- From the ‘Home Screen’.
- From the ‘Main Menu’, then use the drop down under ‘My Information’ and select ‘My Timecard’.
Viewing Totals
- Open your timecard using one of the two methods.
- At the bottom of the screen select the ‘Totals’ option.
Note: This screen will break down all worked hours and pay codes for the selected pay period.
View Accruals (Vacation and Holiday Balances)
- Open your timecard using one of the two methods.
- At the bottom of the screen select the ‘Totals’ option.
- Select the down arrow from the totals screen in the bottom right corner.
- Select ‘Accruals’.
Note: This screen will outline all vacation time accruals you currently have.
Note: When viewing on a desktop, the Accruals tab is on the bottom of the screen next to Totals.
Approving Your Timecard
- Open your timecard using one of the two methods.
- Ensure the correct time period is selected in the top right corner.
- Review all shifts and punches in your timecard.
If all shifts and punches are correct, select the ‘Approve’ option in the top left corner.
Note: If discrepancies are found, contact your line manager.
Note: The ‘Status’ bars will show the different levels of approval your timecard is in.
