How to Navigate to the Control Center
From the home screen, there are two ways to navigate to the control center. This is where you can receive any new notifications and receive updates on requests.
Notifications Bell
- In the upper right corner of your screen, there is a notifications bell. When you have a new notification, a red number will appear with how many unread notifications you have.
- Once the notifications bell is selected, a menu bar will appear on the right of your screen showing you only unread notifications. If you click on the notification you will be directed to the control center.
My Notifications Tile
- From the home screen select the notifications tile. You will be prompted to select which type of notification bucket you would like to view. My Requests or Timekeeping.
In the Control Center
Once you are in the control center you will have two types of notifications to view.
My Requests: Notifications on any submitted requests (approved, denied, or pending).
Timekeeping: Notifications on any attendance events (early/late in, points, grace periods, missed punch, etc).
Check the box to the right of the notification to select it.
- Select the arrow at the top left of the screen to expand the details of the notification.
- Select the down arrow at the top of the screen to show more options. From here you can either mark the notification as read or delete it.
- Select one or more statuses from the drop down to filter requests.
