Retail - Refine Tool
The refine tool can be found throughout Dimensions to sort, filter, group, and calculate selected information.
Refine Tool Options
Sort Arrange the selecting information in ascending or descending order.
Filter Narrows down the selected information by given criteria. See below.
Group Categorize the selected information by a specific criteria.
Calculate Sum the selected information.
Applying a Filter
- Select the desired filter. (Blue arrow)
- Input desired filter value. (Yellow arrow)
- Select ‘Done’ to confirm filter criteria. (Red Circle)
- Select ‘Apply’ to apply filter to selected information.
Additional Information
- A red dot indicates a refinement is enabled and will reflect on the selected information.
- The category for each refinement will reflect the selected criteria.
- You can review and delete an applied refinement criteria below each search bar.
- You can use the search bar to find a specific refinement quickly.
- Refinements must be saved to keep your settings for future use.
- You can combine multiple refinements (sort, filter, group, and calculate) as desired.
