Retail - Associate Availability and Schedule Patterns
For adding, ending, editing availability and schedule patterns.
Go to: Main Menu > Schedule-Planner Retail
Adding New Availability
- Right click on associate.
- Select ‘Schedule Pattern’.
- ‘Add New Pattern’ and double click to rename it.
- Right Click on the day of the week and select ‘Edit Availability’.
- From the right pop out menu, ‘Add Availability Segment’.
- Apply and save changes.
Note: Identical availabilities can be added to multiple associates at once if no previous availabilities have been saved. (select multiple associates by checking the boxes next to their names)
Note: You can add multiple weeks availability by selecting the ‘+’. This will work as a rotating availability.
Note: Availabilities cannot be deleted once they have been worked. They must be end dated.
Ending Availability
- Open the desired availability.
- In End Date option, select ‘Specify Date’ to choose the correct end date.
Adding a Schedule Pattern
- Open the schedule pattern for the desired associate.
- ‘Add New Pattern’ and double click to rename it.
- Right click on the day of the week and select ‘Add Shift’.
- Follow the process to create a shift and transfer the location if needed.
- Add break times to the shift. (Breaks will not auto populate in schedule pattern.)
- Select ‘Apply’.
- Follow the process for all days requiring a reoccurring schedule.
- Select the ‘End Date’ option.
- Select Save.
Note: An availability pattern and schedule pattern should not be combined.
Note: The schedule patterns should always begin on a future schedule.
Note: You can add multiple weeks to the schedule pattern by selecting the ‘+’. This will work as a rotating schedule.
