Retail - Associate Availability and Schedule Patterns

For adding, ending, editing availability and schedule patterns.

Go to: Main Menu > Schedule-Planner Retail

Adding New Availability

  1. Right click on associate.
  2. Select ‘Schedule Pattern’.
  3. ‘Add New Pattern’ and double click to rename it.
  4. Right Click on the day of the week and select ‘Edit Availability’.
  5. From the right pop out menu, ‘Add Availability Segment’.
  6. Apply and save changes.

Ending Availability

  1. Open the desired availability.
  2. In End Date option, select ‘Specify Date’ to choose the correct end date.

Adding a Schedule Pattern

  1. Open the schedule pattern for the desired associate.
  2. ‘Add New Pattern’ and double click to rename it.
  3. Right click on the day of the week and select ‘Add Shift’.
  4. Follow the process to create a shift and transfer the location if needed.
  5. Add break times to the shift. (Breaks will not auto populate in schedule pattern.)
  6. Select ‘Apply’.
  7. Follow the process for all days requiring a reoccurring schedule.
  8. Select the ‘End Date’ option.
  9. Select Save.
