Read Notifications
All notifications will appear as unread, unless the 'Marked as Read' icon appears in the top right corner of the notification. Notifications can be manually ‘Marked as Read’.
Approve/Deny Requests
Once a request is received, the status must be updated to approved, denied, or pending. Based on team definitions/worker types the system has been configured to recommend final action and call out any potential rule violations if the request were to be approved.
Refine (Sort and Filter)
- Select 'Refine'.
- 'Sort' or 'Filter' using the available criteria.
