Retail – Posting a Schedule

How to electronically post and manage a schedule.

Go to: Main Menu > Schedule > Schedule–Planner Retail

Quick Post

  1. When a schedule is complete, use the ‘Tools’ dropdown.
  2. Select the ‘Quick Post’ option to electronically post the schedule.

Managing a Posted Schedule

  1. If a specific location posting needs to be managed, use the ‘Tools’ dropdown.
  2. Select the ‘Manage Schedule Posting’ option.
  3. Use the ‘Status’ dropdown to select either ‘Posted’ or ‘Unposted’ to see the corresponding locations.
  4. If a schedule needs to be unposted, highlight the applicable location(s).
  5. Select ‘Unpost’.

Notify Employees

  1. If a previously posted schedule is altered for any reason,  employees must be notified of the change(s).
  2. Use the ‘Tools’ dropdown.
  3. Select the ‘Notify Employees’ option.
  4. You will receive a warning message, confirm that you would like to notify applicable employees.
