Retail - Viewing Attendance
This job aid provides an overview of the attendance types and shows you how to view and manage your attendance points, emergencies, and grace period.
Types of Attendance Events
There are three types of attendance events. Full details can be found in the Associate Handbook.
- Points: Half points and full points are accrued by violating attendance rules.
- Emergencies: Emergencies can be used to cover a whole or partial shift.
Note: US associates only. - Grace Period: The first 15 minutes of a scheduled shift is covered by a grace period without accruing a point.
How to view your attendance
- From the home screen, select the ‘Go to Attendance’ option from the ‘Manage Attendance’ tile.
- Highlight your name and select ‘Attendance Details’.
- Select the time frame using the calendar icon in the upper right corner.
Note: You can only select 365 days at a time. - Use the drop-down arrows to view your attendance events.
Note: Your attendance events are rolling and will always reflect the most recent pay period.
Note: To view when the events occurred, you must scroll through the previous days until you find the occurrences.
