Retail - Viewing Attendance

This job aid provides an overview of the attendance types and shows you how to view and manage your attendance points, emergencies, and grace period.

Types of Attendance Events

There are three types of attendance events. Full details can be found in the Associate Handbook.

  1. Points: Half points and full points are accrued by violating attendance rules.

  2. Emergencies:  Emergencies can be used to cover a whole or partial shift. 
  3. Grace Period: The first 15 minutes of a scheduled shift is covered by a grace period without accruing a point.
 

How to view your attendance

  1. From the home screen, select the ‘Go to Attendance’ option from the ‘Manage Attendance’ tile.
  2. Highlight your name and select ‘Attendance Details’.
  3. Select the time frame using the calendar icon in the upper right corner. 

  4. Use the drop-down arrows to view your attendance events. 
The Attendance page displays details of points, emergency occurrences and grace periods.
