This is a guide to identify the various indicators displayed within the schedule planner.

Color Coding Within the System

Shift segments that are the associate's primary job are purple.
Shift segments that are not the associate's primary job (i.e., a transferred shift) are blue.
Paycodes are green.
Open shifts are red.
The transfer icon indicates that the shift (or segment of the shift as shown here) includes a job transfer.
The red squares in the date headers show the current week and current day.
The vertical red line shows the current time on the current day (only available in the Gantt view).
The column controls above the names allows you to collapse and expand columns.
To the left of the column control, is the schedule planner employee search.
Identifies the open shift summary row and displays the total [number] of open shifts in the loaded timeframe. Click to expand/collapse the open shift rows of the schedule.
The signed off icon indicates that the day has been locked by payroll and can no longer be edited.
