Retail - Visual Cues & Color Coding in the Schedule Planner
This is a guide to identify the various indicators displayed within the schedule planner.
Color Coding Within the System
| Shift segments that are the associate's primary job are purple. | |
| Shift segments that are not the associate's primary job (i.e., a transferred shift) are blue. | |
| Paycodes are green. | |
| Open shifts are red. | |
| The transfer icon indicates that the shift (or segment of the shift as shown here) includes a job transfer. | |
| The red squares in the date headers show the current week and current day. | |
| The vertical red line shows the current time on the current day (only available in the Gantt view). | |
| The column controls above the names allows you to collapse and expand columns. | |
| To the left of the column control, is the schedule planner employee search. | |
| Identifies the open shift summary row and displays the total [number] of open shifts in the loaded timeframe. Click to expand/collapse the open shift rows of the schedule. | |
| The signed off icon indicates that the day has been locked by payroll and can no longer be edited. |
