Setting up the Kronos/UKG Dimensions App on your Mobile Device

Downloading UKG Dimensions on your personal device

1. From your personal device, access the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, search for and download UKG Dimensions, or scan the QR code at the right from either device.
2. Install the UKG Dimensions application.
3. Skip to and follow the steps in the sections below; Configuring the UKG Dimensions app with a George's email address or Configuring the UKG Dimensions app without a George's email address.

Downloading UKG Dimensions on your company device

1. From the Comp Portal application, search for UKG Dimensions.
2. Install the UKG Dimensions application.
3. Follow the steps in the next sections; Configuring the UKG Dimensions app with a George's email address or Configuring the UKG Dimensions app without a George's email address.

Configuring the UKG Dimensions app with a George’s email address

1. Launch the UKG Dimensions application in your personal or company device.
2. Do one of the following from the Settings screen:

• • In the Tenant URL field, enter https://georgesinc-sso.prd.mykronos.com/ 
    
    
  • Select Scan, then scan the QR code below:

3. Select Save.
4. Sign in using your George’s email address and your multi-factor authentication method (text message w/ code, phone call w/ code, authentication token, Authenticator application, etc.)

Configuring the UKG Dimensions app without a George’s email address

1. Launch the UKG Dimensions application in your personal or company device.
2. Do one of the following from the Tenant Setup screen:

• • In the Tenant URL field, enter https://georgesinc.prd.mykronos.com/
    
    
  • Select Scan, then scan the QR code below:
    
    

3. Select Save.
4. In the Username field, enter your employee ID.
5. In the Password field, enter Kronos1234!
6. Select Log In.
